Dr. Gray assists young adults in their often difficult quest of emancipation into maturity (i.e. succeeding in college, employment, starting their own family, etc).

The solution often rests with first identifying the underlying root causes for what is holding back the young adult in the first place. Dr. Gray then works together with both parents and the young adult to get the situation 'unstuck', generating forward momentum to independence.
